Youth Assisting Youth Board Member Sally has been the CEO and driving force behind Youth Assisting Youth for the last 30 years. Sally’s hard work and dedication has resulted in youth peer mentoring services that are second to none and have touched and inspired thousands of kids and their families. She is a member of CSAE and AFP and is an active volunteer with the EMS White Knights. She is an inductee in the “Worlds Who’s Who of Women”, “Canada’s Who’s Who” and has received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the “USA Who’s Who”. Sally’s also a past recipient of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal in acknowledgement of her contributions to the community through public service and voluntary endeavors; and was the 2011 winner of the Harlequin “More Than Words” Award.

Daniel has been a mentor with the Youth Assisting Youth for over ten years and remains matched with his mentee today.  Daniel leads digital product management for BMO’s money management and engagement areas. He is focused on leading teams that bring tangible and innovative digital features to market to help customers manage their money more effectively and make real financial progress.  Daniel’s teams have won multiple industry awards including Celent’s Model Bank and the BAI Global Innovation Award, and have propelled BMO’s digital money management features to reach top rankings in Canada from multiple research firms.  Prior to joining BMO, he led a global team responsible for overhauling RBC’s digital channels in the Caribbean and spent 5+ years working across a variety of strategy, consulting, and product management roles in financial services.  He holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and has served on the board of a YAY for over five years..

Erika Murray is an experienced legal professional and business leader who values integrity, forward thinking, teamwork, and commitment to customer service. Erika is a practicing commercial technology and IP lawyer, PhD engineer, and has been a successful tech founder. She has an undergraduate and PhD degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, a law degree from Osgoode Hall, York University, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014.

Erika draws upon her extensive background and experiences working within firms and as in-house legal counsel to deliver strategic, yet practical commercial technology, digital innovation and IP advice focused on commercialization for high-growth companies. Erika is also currently the Go-To-Market Lead at the University of Toronto’s Entrepreneurship Hatchery where she supports a portfolio of scaling high-tech start-up companies and manages the Faculty of Law student extern program with the Hatchery. For the past five years Erika has taught numerous academic courses, including Environmental Law, Business Law and IP Law at Ryerson University and Humber College, respectively.

Erika has a proven ability of developing and managing complex relationships with all major stakeholders. Her commitment to exceed client and student expectations through strategic business acumen and to bring real value add is unparalleled by her breadth of corporate commercial, technology and engineering expertise, market positioning lens, IP practice, digital marketing, and innovation experience, with involvement at start-up, c-level, academic, investor, and advisory board levels.

Erika also serves on the Board of Directors of The MET Condo Corporation and is the Chair of the University of Toronto’s Academic Appeals Board.

Dario leads the HR Advisory and Rewards team, which consists of HR Business Partners, Total Rewards and Talent Analytics, responsible for the development, governance and administration of compensation, benefits and pension programs for CPP Investments’ employees around the world, as well as HR advisory and analytics. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2015, Dario was with Sun Life Financial, where he held various roles over six years, including heading total rewards and mobility for Sun Life Asia in Hong Kong, and leading the sales compensation practice in Toronto. He also worked as a compensation consultant with Willis Towers Watson in Philadelphia and Toronto, supporting clients on competitive pay analyses, job leveling, and M&A integration initiatives. Dario holds a Masters of Human Resource Management from York University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Craig graduated from Huron College, University of Western Ontario, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1991 and completed his MBA at Shulich School of Business at York University in 1995. He has worked in commercial real estate as a corporate real estate advisor at CBRE since 1995. Craig leads a team at CBRE that represents many local and national industrial and office occupiers with their real estate and also represents commercial landlords with the leasing of their real estate.

Craig was a coach at North Toronto soccer club for almost twenty years, coached hockey for several years with the North York Knights and was a team manager for the Mississauga Rebels AAA hockey club. He also served on the board of directors of the Lake of Bays Sailing Club as property manager for 6 years. Craig is an avid tennis player and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Maina Rambali is a seasoned finance professional for publicly traded mining companies. Maina has extensive experience in treasury management, capital markets, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Most recently Maina held positions as Treasurer, Corporate Controller and Accounting Manager of Harte Gold Corporation, Global Atomic Corporation, Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. Recently she gained experience in Pension Trust Funds as financial accountant at WISE Trust.  Maina holds a B. Comm degree (Finance and Economics Specialist) from Rotman, University of Toronto (UofT).

Maina is currently serving as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Woodsworth College Alumni Association at UofT, and a Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation. Maina is also a Mentor in Hart House Mentorship program for students at UofT. Recently Maina has been elected a member on the College of Electors at UofT. In the past Maina has served in many volunteer roles including member of the Governing Council and Presidential Search Committee of UofT, President, Chair and Director of various student organizations, advocating and raising awareness of student needs.
