Dec 21: Messiah for the City – United Way Toronto & York Region
This event is for all active YAY Mentors, Mentees and their families ONLY The late Jack Layton conceived Messiah for the City in the late 1990s. He felt music and art should be accessible to everyone. Tickets to this special concert are not sold but rather distributed by United Way and its partner agencies to Torontonians who wouldn’t normally have access to such an event. Registration is now open for our March Cooking Program in partnership with the VSES Teaching Kitchen (located on the 3rd floor right above the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre library (200 Apple Mill Rd, 3rd floor, Vaughan, Ontario, L4K 0J8).
