Join us for a fun session of drop-in Ultimate Frisbee at the Sports Corner on the field of G Ross Lord Park. Youth will learn skills and fundamentals of the flying disc Frisbee in a supportive non-competitive setting outdoors. Whether you are a beginner or advanced player, everyone is welcome!
