Self Love & Healing Gentle Yoga will be taught by Certified Yoga Teacher and Founder of Able Yoga, Chloë Harris. Chloë’s classes focus on gentle, mindful and accessible Yoga.
This gentle, heart opening Yoga practice includes self love affirmations and a guided meditation. Chloë welcomes all shapes, sizes, abilities and levels of experience to these classes. Please mention any accessibility needs or modification requests when registering.
