Join us on Tuesday June 14th, as 23 Division Community Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) hosts its annual Community Movie Night and BBQ at Elmbank Community Centre (10 Rampart Rd.,) within the community between 6pm to 11pm with over 500 attendees expected including local residents, politicians, students from nearby schools and local media.
Raya and the Last Dragon:
The 2021 animated feature film follows Raya, a warrior princess who must find the fabled last dragon in order to save her divided home world from a ravenous plague. From directors Don Hall and Carlos López Estrada, co-directors Paul Briggs and John Ripa, producers Osnat Shurer and Peter Del Vecho, and featuring the voices of Kelly Marie Tran as Raya and Awkwafina as Sisu, and Sandra Oh.
