The iconic Canadian story, The Hockey Sweater is brought to life through the music of Abigail Richardson-Schulte in this TSO co-commissioned work. Enjoy a charming winter tale, narrated by author Roch Carrier, that will appeal to all budding hockey fans. Toronto Symphony Orchestra Young People’s Concerts are perfect for ages 5-12 and fun for the whole family.

 

Let’s Get Ready for some hockey-themed fun! Dress in your sports jerseys and come an hour early to:

Meet a mascot!

See a famous hockey sweater from the Hockey Hall of Fame.

Try out an instrument at the Long & McQuade Instrument Discovery Zone.

Buy a copy of The Hockey Sweater book or CD.

 

Plus, don’t miss The Hitmen Entertainment Drumline’s pulse-pounding performance starting in the lobby at 1:00pm.

 

Pre-Concert Lobby Activities: 1pm

Concert: 1:30pm – 2:30pm
