Jan 23: Coping Together – Building a Community of Support during Covid-19

Coping Together is a Free Program, thanks to a generous donation that Lotus Strength and Wellness received. The donation was to provide free program for those who wouldn’t have access to supports or resources during this wave of a lockdown. This may be due to losing a job, financial insecurity, and those facing various forms of oppressions (ex. racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism etc.)

Coping together will be 4 sessions that will take place on Sundays at 1:30pm starting Jan 23. In each session we will have a check in, explore some coping techniques to manage stress and feeling overwhelmed and end our sessions with some mindfulness and trauma informed yoga.

No experience is needed. Please note we also encourage folks to participate in the check ins and conversation and recommend having your camera on to create trust and a sense of community.

This event is intended for Ages 16+: Intended Audience includes Youth and Adults
